Scientists from Berkeley and Stanford will discuss science, health and technology at TC Sessions: Climate next month

William Collins Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL) is the Director of the Climate and Ecosystem Sciences Division for Earth and Environmental Sciences, UC Professor of Earth and Planetary Sciences at UC Berkeley, and Director of the LBNL’s Carbon Negative Initiative.

Collins is also the lead co-author of the sixth assessment of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), the lead author of the fifth IPCC assessment and the fourth lead and collaborator of the fourth IPCC assessment, and the IPCC received the 2007 Nobel Prize. Peace Prize.

Kari Nadeau He is Professor of Medicine and Pediatrics at the Naddisy Foundation and Director of the Sean N. Parker Center for Allergy and Asthma Research at Stanford University.

An expert in air pollution and its effects on the immune system, Nadeau focuses on global climate change and forest fire exposures, especially in well-equipped areas. He is currently working on air pollution and climate change policy at the World Health Organization.
